Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your huha collection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
